“Herdi brings over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, blending technical insight with strong leadership. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bina Nusantara University and holds multiple professional certifications including AAIK and AMRP from AAMAI & BNSP, CIIB from APARI, and Fellow CIP from ANZIIF (Australia & New Zealand). His career began at PT Asuransi Artarindo as a Management Trainee, later progressing through various leadership roles including President Director of PT Arthagraha General Insurance and Commissioner at PT UAF Jaminan Kredit. In 2014, he joined PT Asuransi Multi Artha Guna Tbk as Operational Director and has been with PT ABB Insurance Brokers since 2015. He also serves as Commissioner at PT Artha Dana Mandiri (Artha Reinsurance Brokers) since 2010.”

She is a certified CIIB from APARI and holds an AIIS certification from the Islamic Insurance Society. Nita began her career at PT Fresnel Perdana Mandiri, where she last served as Finance Director, and has since held several key leadership roles at PT Tigara Mitra Sejahtera, PT Estika Jasatama, and PT Kalibesar Raya Utama. Since 2021, she has been part of PT ABB Insurance Brokers, bringing strategic direction and operational excellence to the company.”

“Pulo holds a Master’s degree in Management and brings significant expertise from his long-standing career in public service. He previously served in several strategic roles within the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, including as Head of Subdivision in 2012. In 2013, he joined the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and retired in 2016 as Head of the Supervision Division – Directorate of Supporting Services for the Non-Bank Financial Industry (DJPB-OJK). Currently, he contributes his regulatory and supervisory experience as Commissioner at PT ABB Insurance Brokers.”
